1. Eligibility

This Competition is open to members of the public who own timeshare in South Africa and are over 18 years old. Employees, agents, and consultants of iExchange, Beekman Group, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry

To qualify your entry to the Competition, participants must join iExchange at no cost. By signing up with iExchange, the participant stands a chance of winning the main prize. By signing up, the participant further acknowledges that they have subscribed to receive email communication from iExchange and have given their permission to receive marketing material. You may unsubscribe at any time.

3. Competition Period

The Competition commences on 01 December 2024 and closes 31 January 2026. Any entries received after this date will not be considered for the prize.

4. Prize

There will be 1 lucky prize draw winner who will receive the following prize:

A 3 nights (Friday to Monday) cruise to the Portuguese Islands (from Durban, KZN) onboard the MSC Musica in Feb 2026.
All mandatory charges.
All meals onboard included.
Complimentary onboard entertainment.
Drinks package per person included.
Fantastic Package which includes: 1 free cruise change (T&C's apply), option to choose cabin and location, continental breakfast in cabin free of charge.

5. Winner Selection

The prize winner will be randomly selected after the competition closes and notified by phone or email.

6. Conditions of Prize

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The prize winner is responsible for ensuring they have all the necessary travel documentation, i.e. passport, visas, etc. required to travel to the Portuguese Islands.
The prize includes selected meals (refer to point 4 above). Any additional expenses not listed are to be covered by the prize winner directly.
Travel to and from the Durban Port for on-boarding is at the winner's expense.
Prize redemption: February 2026 (the winner must be prepared to travel in February 2026).
If the prize is not redeemed in February 2026, the winner forfeits the prize and iExchange and its affiliates reserve the right to redistribute or dispose of the prize at its discretion.

7. Release

By participating in the Competition, Participants agree to release iExchange and Beekman Group harmless from any losses, harm, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Competition or resulting from the participation or acceptance, possession, use, or receiving of any prize.

8. General

iExchange reserves the right to cancel or suspend this Competition at any time.
In the event that this Competition is cancelled or suspended, all Participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the Competition and acknowledge that they have no recourse against iExchange and/or Beekman Group, their employees, agents, directors, partners, consultants, suppliers, sponsors, or promoters, and/or any of their member/affiliated companies or agencies, and members of their immediate families; nor members, or the sponsors or promoters.
In the event that you win the prize, you will be requested to consent to the publication of your name, image, and the use of your details and photographs by iExchange in marketing material and for marketing activities, for which no fee will be payable to you. You are entitled to decline such consent.
iExchange will not distribute any of the personal information supplied to any third party, without your express written consent.
You accept the offer that your participation in the Competition, and your acceptance and/or use of the prize, or any aspect thereof, is at your own risk.
Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above terms and conditions will result in the immediate disqualification of the Participant or entrant.
